		The Taj Mahal is India's most famous building so we got up early and arrived before dawn.

It was built between 1631 and 1653, over 20,000 people worked on the site.

Fathepur Sikri is 40 Km outside of Agra but shouldn't be missed.

		Built in 1570 it was the capital of the Moghul empire until it was abandoned after just 16 years.

The Red Fort in Agra is also worth visiting.

The Taj Mahal can be seen again on the right.

		A few hours driving South brings us to the hill fort of Gwalior.
		On route we briefly pass once again through Rajasthan.


		As you can see it could be cold on the truck at some times. That is Sue keeping warm on the right.
